Terms of Service

Effective July 29, 2026

These terms govern use of HeyListed (“the Service”), operated by Better Offers Inc, 11 Vista Hermosa Dr, Simi Valley, CA 93065. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

HeyListed provides real-estate professionals with a CRM, agent websites, listing pages, marketing tools, open-house registration, listing hotlines, and related features, and provides consumers with listing information, tour scheduling, and communication with the professional they choose to contact. Listing hotlines are answered by an automated assistant on behalf of the listing professional; calls may be recorded and transcribed.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • Professional accounts are for licensed real-estate professionals. You are responsible for the accuracy of listings and marketing content you publish and for complying with the laws, MLS rules, and license obligations that apply to you.
  • You may not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, misrepresent identity or listings, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Consumer communications

Text messages sent through the Service follow our SMS Messaging Policy. Mortgage referrals happen only with the consumer’s separate, explicit consent as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing on the Service is a commitment to lend; mortgage services are provided by licensed entities under their own terms and disclosures.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you upload and grant Better Offers Inc a license to host and display it to operate the Service. The platform, its software, and its branding are the property of Better Offers Inc and its licensors.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Listing information is provided by professionals and public sources and is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Offers Inc’s aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
