HeyListed (“the Service”) is a real-estate productivity and consumer website platform operated by Better Offers Inc, a California corporation (CA DRE #02423682, NMLS #2787839), 11 Vista Hermosa Dr, Simi Valley, CA 93065. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide — name, email, and phone number when you sign in to an open house, request a tour, submit a contact form, call a listing hotline, or create an account.
- Call information. Listing hotlines are answered by an automated assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to take messages and route your requests to the listing agent.
- Usage data — pages visited, links opened, and similar analytics that help agents follow up and help us improve the Service.
- Financial preferences you volunteer — for example, inputs you enter into a payment calculator. These are used only as described at the point of collection.
How we use information
- To deliver the Service to the real-estate professional whose listing or website you interacted with — your inquiry, sign-in, or message is shared with that professional.
- To send messages you request, such as listing links and tour confirmations. See our SMS Messaging Policy.
- To connect you with mortgage services only with your separate, explicit consent. If you consent, the information you choose to share is sent to Better Offers Inc’s mortgage business or a licensed lending partner. You can revoke this consent at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your phone number or mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not send you mortgage marketing without consent captured from you directly.
Sharing
We share information with: the real-estate professional you chose to interact with; service providers that host and operate the platform (for example cloud hosting, telephony, and email delivery vendors) under contractual confidentiality; and licensed mortgage providers only under the consent described above. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
We retain records as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, including California real-estate record-keeping requirements. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to authorized personnel and the professionals serving you.
Your rights
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, email mccoy@betteroffers.com or call (888) 421-1117. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
